After earning a B.A. in Economics from Zhejiang University, Chengzhe Jin gained extensive experience across securities firms, investment banking, and asset management, holding key positions in each sector. He has a proven track record in cross-border transactions, debt capital markets (DCM), and corporate investments.
Since 2019, he has served as Investment Director at Tigermed Consulting, where he oversees a broad range of investment and M&A activities.
In April 2026, he was appointed President and CEO of Tigermed Japan.

After graduating from university, Hiroaki Suzuki worked in medical device research and development, contributing to technologies used in clinical practice.
He later joined a contract research organization (CRO), where he gained hands-on experience across the full continuum from research and development to clinical implementation.
In 2005, he joined Micron as a founding member and has since played a central role in launching and expanding the business, while remaining deeply involved in clinical operations as Head of Clinical Development.
He was appointed President and CEO of Micron, Inc. in 2025.
In April 2026, he was appointed President and CEO of Tigermed Japan.

Yingshu Wen has over 20 years of senior management experience across multiple industries, including more than 10 years in business development.
She has worked at Sony and NEC and has deep expertise in organizational management, strategic planning, and talent development. She is recognized as a reliable, results-oriented leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Renmin University of China.
In April 2026, she was appointed Executive Vice President of Tigermed Japan.

Hua Shao is Vice President and Regional Head of Southeast Asia and Latin America at Tigermed. With nearly two decades of experience in clinical research and CRO leadership, he has held senior roles in project management, clinical operations, and regional business management.
He has overseen more than 100 global and regional clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, vaccines, respiratory, endocrine, gastroenterology, dermatology, cardiology, and infectious diseases. His hands-on experience spans China, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, and he brings strong cross-functional leadership and deep operational expertise in international clinical development.
He joined Tigermed in 2011 and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Medicine (Surgery) from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
In April 2026, he was appointed Director of Tigermed Japan.
